I am serving in this leadership role because I believe the work of this organization is needed to establish an accountable quality health care system in our state.  Not long ago my family and I lost our beautiful daughter to hospital acquired bacteria.  This has inspired me to do everything possible so no other family has to suffer a tragedy such as ours.”
